Loki is a TV Advertising Production company based in the heart of Soho, London. For the employees, sometimes the hours can be long. There is the temptation of hundreds of drinking establishments and good restaurants that can easily lead to a work hard, play hard culture.

This had become the reality for Loki employees so Roly and Healthtext were called in.  Each employee filled out a lifestyle questionnaire and received a daily reminder to self rate themselves on their Lifestyle, Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Wellbeing.  Then Roly gave personal healthy lifestyle coaching, which works in harmony with the same system as Healthtext, getting into the detail of what makes each employee happy and setting objectives.
